• "ECN-X" means the Event Commerce Network platform operated by Develture Co., Ltd., including the website, applications, and all related services.
• "Platform" means the website, applications, ticket sales system, registration system, Affiliate system, payment system, and other digital services provided by ECN-X.
• "Customer" means a person who uses the services, purchases tickets, registers, or conducts transactions through the platform.
• "Organizer" means an event organizer, event owner, or party authorized to sell tickets through the platform.
• "Event" means festivals, concerts, running events, exhibitions, competitions, or other activities published on the platform.
• "Ticket" means the right to attend an event, whether in the form of an E-Ticket, QR Code, or another format as specified.

ECN-X is a technology platform provider for promoting, selling, and distributing tickets and registering for events. Unless otherwise stated, ECN-X is not the event organizer and has no authority to control event operations, in-event content, service quality, safety, or the organizer's legal compliance. Such responsibilities rest solely with the organizer.

Users represent that they are at least 20 years old or have legal capacity to enter into transactions, or have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian as required by law; that they provide accurate, complete, and current information and will update it when it changes; that they will keep account credentials confidential; and that they are responsible for all activity under their account.

Users may need to register to access certain services. ECN-X may refuse, suspend, or cancel an account if information is incorrect or falsified, if there is fraudulent behaviour, a breach of these terms, or conduct that may harm the platform or others.

• Users agree that ticket prices are as shown on the website at the time of the transaction.
• An order is complete once payment has been confirmed by the system.
• Buyers must verify event details, date, time, venue, and ticket conditions before payment.
• Each ticket type may have additional conditions set by the organizer.

• After successful payment, users receive tickets in the format specified by the organizer, such as E-Ticket, QR Code, Mobile Ticket, or Digital Pass.
• Users must verify the information before the event date.

• Ticket holders agree that tickets may be used in accordance with the stated conditions.
• Tickets must not be forged, altered, or duplicated.
• QR Codes must not be misused.
• The organizer may refuse entry if ticket use is invalid.

Refunds, postponements, and event cancellations are governed by the Refund Policy and the organizer's conditions, which form part of these terms.

Users agree that they will not use false information, use another person's account, purchase tickets using automated programs (Bot), hack into systems, disrupt website operations, distribute viruses, commit fraud, infringe intellectual property, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.

Copyrights, trademarks, trade names, software, images, text, video, and all other elements of the platform are the property of ECN-X or the relevant rights holders. Copying, modifying, publishing, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

ECN-X provides services as a technology platform provider. Unless required by law, ECN-X is not responsible for changes to event schedules, cancellations by organizers, event quality, damage occurring at the venue, injury, loss, or other harm arising from attending an event. Organizers are responsible for organizing and operating events and complying with applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights provided by law.

ECN-X may suspend user accounts or services temporarily or permanently if there is a breach of these terms, fraud, or conduct that affects platform security, acting appropriately and in accordance with applicable law.

ECN-X collects, uses, and discloses personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

ECN-X may amend or update these terms from time to time and will notify users through the website or other appropriate channels. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. If a dispute arises, the parties will first attempt to resolve it through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

When you use the website, we may collect information such as IP address, browser, device, operating system, cookies, session ID, access times, pages visited, and system logs.

ECN-X uses your personal data to register accounts, verify identity, manage user accounts, sell event tickets, deliver electronic tickets (E-Tickets), communicate about orders, provide event information, deliver customer support, prevent fraud, maintain system security, improve service quality, analyse website usage, and comply with applicable law.

Such parties receive only the information necessary to perform their duties and must protect data in accordance with applicable law.

Where ECN-X uses providers or systems located outside Thailand, the company will implement appropriate safeguards for personal data in accordance with applicable law.

ECN-X retains personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes of providing services or as required by law. After that period, the company will securely delete, destroy, or anonymise the data.

ECN-X uses appropriate security measures such as encryption, HTTPS/SSL connections, access controls, event logging, data backups, and monitoring to prevent unauthorised access. Although we use reasonable safeguards, absolute security cannot be guaranteed. Users should protect their account credentials appropriately.

ECN-X is a platform provider for ticket sales and related services. The organizer is responsible for running the event, operations, schedule changes, and cancellations. Refunds are handled in accordance with the organizer's policy, ECN-X requirements, and applicable law.

Once payment has been made and the order is confirmed, the order is considered complete. As a general rule, purchased tickets cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded unless required by law, permitted by the organizer, or approved by ECN-X in exceptional circumstances.

If the organizer cancels an event without a replacement event, buyers may be entitled to a refund under the organizer's policy. Refunds may cover only the ticket price actually paid and exclude other costs such as travel, accommodation, meals, financial service fees (if non-refundable), lost opportunities, or indirect damages.

If the organizer postpones an event, buyers may use the original ticket on the new date if the organizer allows it. Where the organizer permits refunds, buyers may submit a request within the period announced by the organizer.

The organizer may change certain event details such as schedule, speakers, artists, performers, format, or venue (within the same area or nearby). Such changes alone do not entitle buyers to a refund unless the organizer states otherwise.

If an event is affected by force majeure such as natural disasters, storms, floods, earthquakes, epidemics, war, terrorism, or government orders beyond the organizer's control, the organizer may postpone, relocate, change the format of, or cancel the event. Refunds will follow the organizer's policy and applicable law.

If a refund is approved, ECN-X or the organizer will process it through the original payment method or another appropriate channel. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution. Fees charged by third parties may not be refundable, depending on their terms.

Buyers may submit requests through the ECN-X website, Support system, or customer service email. Buyers may need to attach the order number, proof of payment, buyer information, and additional documents as requested. ECN-X or the organizer may take an appropriate period to review the request before notifying the outcome of the consideration.

ECN-X or the organizer may reject a request if the ticket has already been used, the request lacks valid grounds, false information is provided, fraud is suspected, or the request does not comply with this policy or the event conditions. Rejections will be handled fairly and in accordance with applicable law.

• Tickets sold through ECN-X serve as proof of the right to attend the event according to the details stated on the ticket.
• Tickets may be issued in the form of
• an E-Ticket,
• a QR Code,
• a Mobile Ticket,
• a Digital Pass, or another format determined by the organizer. Each ticket carries a unique reference number and is valid subject to the conditions of that particular event.

• The buyer is responsible for verifying the accuracy of
• the event name,
• date,
• time,
• venue,
• ticket type,
• number of tickets,
• and the ticket holder's name (if applicable), before confirming the order.

• Once payment is successfully completed, the buyer will receive the ticket through channels designated by ECN-X or the organizer, such as email,
• user account,
• application,
• or website. The buyer should confirm receipt of the ticket before the event date. If the ticket is not received, please contact customer support as soon as possible.

• The ticket may only be used for the event, date, time, and venue stated on the ticket.
• Participants may be required to present a QR Code, national ID card, passport, or other proof of identity as required by the organizer.
• Ticket holders should arrive at the venue before the start time as recommended by the organizer.

Ticket holders are responsible for keeping their ticket and QR Code confidential. ECN-X and the organizer will treat any person who presents the QR Code as the person entitled to use the ticket, unless proven otherwise. The Company is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the ticket holder disclosing the QR Code to another person, or from the loss of a ticket caused by the ticket holder's own actions.

Transfer of rights, change of the ticket holder's name, or resale is subject to the conditions set by the organizer. If an event does not permit transfer of rights, the ticket holder may not transfer, change the name on, or resell the ticket through ECN-X, unless approved by the organizer.

Each ticket may be used to enter the event for the specified number of times. Once a ticket has been scanned for entry, it is deemed to have been used and cannot be used again, unless otherwise specified by the system or the organizer.

The organizer has the right to refuse entry if it is found that the ticket is counterfeit, has been altered or tampered with, has already been used, the participant fails to comply with the event's rules, the participant engages in conduct that may cause harm or nuisance to others, or the participant violates the law or the venue's requirements.

• or the event format as necessary. Such changes will be made in accordance with the organizer's policy and shall not, by themselves, constitute grounds for a refund, unless the organizer determines otherwise or as required by law.

If the event is cancelled or postponed, buyers may review their refund rights under the Refund & Cancellation Policy and the organizer's announcements.

ECN-X acts as a ticket distribution platform provider. The organizer is responsible for organizing the event, safety at the venue, operations, compliance with the law, and the services provided to participants. ECN-X is responsible only for its provision of the platform service in accordance with applicable law.

Ticket holders agree to comply with the organizer's rules, the venue's rules, safety measures, and applicable laws. The organizer may ask a participant to leave the venue if the rules are violated or if conduct that may endanger others occurs, without any obligation to issue a refund, unless otherwise required by law.

Participants acknowledge that photographs, video, or audio recordings may be taken at the event for use in publicity, news reporting, or marketing by the organizer and ECN-X. Participants who do not wish their image or information to be used should notify the organizer before attending the event. Such matters will be handled appropriately and in accordance with applicable law.

These Ticket Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first attempt to negotiate a resolution in good faith. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

ECN-X: a technology platform for the promotion, ticket sales, registration, and distribution of event tickets. Organizer: an individual, legal entity, or organization entitled to hold an event and to list that event for sale through ECN-X. Event: any type of event, such as festivals, concerts, running events, seminars, exhibitions, sports events, workshops, or tourism activities.

ECN-X is a provider of a technology platform and an event distribution platform. ECN-X's services may include a ticket sales system, registration system, E-Ticket system, QR check-in system, Affiliate system, sales reporting system, payment system, and connections to partners and distribution channels. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ECN-X is not the organizer, co-organizer, or party responsible for the operation of any event.

• The organizer must:
• provide accurate information;
• have the legal right to hold the event;
• and have the authority to sign on behalf of the legal entity (if a company), and submit any documents requested by ECN-X. ECN-X has the right to reject or cancel an application if the information provided is found to be inaccurate or incomplete.

• The organizer agrees that it will:
• be responsible for the entire event;
• maintain safety at the venue;
• obtain all relevant permits and licenses;
• comply with the law;
• provide accurate event information; and
• notify ECN-X immediately of any changes.

The organizer warrants that all published information is accurate, not deceptive, and does not violate any law, infringe copyright, infringe trademark rights, or infringe the rights of any other person. ECN-X has the right to reject or remove an event from the system if the information is found to be inappropriate or may cause damage.

The organizer determines the ticket price, ticket type, number of tickets, and promotions, unless otherwise agreed.

Payment collection through ECN-X is governed by the Commercial Agreement between ECN-X and the organizer. ECN-X has the right to deduct service fees, charges, taxes, agreed expenses, and a reserve amount (if applicable) before transferring funds to the organizer.

The organizer determines the refund policy for the event, which must be communicated to buyers before tickets go on sale and must not conflict with applicable law. If a refund is made, the organizer is responsible for the related costs and obligations, unless otherwise agreed with ECN-X.

The organizer must notify ECN-X as soon as possible in the event of postponement, cancellation, a change of venue, a change of time, or a change to any material detail. The organizer is responsible for the costs and effects arising from such changes, unless otherwise agreed.

The organizer is responsible for value added tax, income tax, issuing tax invoices, and any other taxes required by law. ECN-X will fulfil its legal obligations only in respect of the platform's service fees.

The organizer warrants that it has the right to use the images, logos, videos, trademarks, text, and content published on ECN-X. The organizer grants ECN-X a licence to use such content for the purposes of promotion, ticket sales, and the provision of services related to the event, for as long as the event remains published on the platform.

The organizer is solely responsible for the organization of the event, safety, staff, artists, speakers, accidents, damages, and violations of law. ECN-X is not responsible for any damage arising from the organizer's operation of the event, unless such damage is caused by ECN-X's own fault under the law.

• ECN-X has the right to suspend:
• the organizer's account;
• ticket sales;
• fund transfers; or
• the publication of the event, if the information is found to be false,
• fraudulent, or in violation of the law;
• if there is a serious dispute; or
• if these Terms are breached. Such action will be taken as appropriate and in accordance with applicable law.

The organizer agrees to keep confidential all business information, systems, and customer data obtained from ECN-X, and not to use such information for any purpose other than conducting the event.

ECN-X may update these Terms from time to time and will notify the organizer via the website or other appropriate channels. Continued use of the service after the amended Terms take effect constitutes the organizer's acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first attempt to negotiate a resolution in good faith. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts, unless the law provides otherwise.

ECN-X (Event Connect Network) is operated by Develture Co., Ltd.

This Policy sets out the principles for receiving payments, allocating funds, and transferring funds in connection with ticket sales through the ECN-X platform, so that operations remain transparent, efficient, and capable of supporting future expansion of the Distribution Network. ECN-X uses a Settlement Waterfall system to allocate revenue to all parties in a defined order, reducing the complexity of fund management for organizers.

• ECN-X is a technology platform provider for:
• the payment collection system;
• the ticket sales system;
• the Affiliate system;
• the Agent system;
• the OTA Distribution system;
• the Partner Distribution system; and
• the reporting and Settlement system. ECN-X collects payments from customers and allocates funds to eligible recipients in the order set out in this Policy or in the relevant commercial agreement.

Once a payment is successfully completed, the ECN-X system automatically allocates the funds in the following order:

Receive payment from the customer (Customer Payment). The system receives funds from the customer via the payment gateway designated by ECN-X.

Deduct payment gateway fees. Fees charged by the payment service provider are deducted at the specified rate.

Deduct the ECN-X service fee. The platform service fee is deducted as agreed with the organizer.

Set aside a reserve fund. If a Reserve Fund is required, the system withholds funds according to the percentage or amount specified in the Organizer Agreement, to cover risks arising from refunds, chargebacks, or disputes.

• Withhold amounts pending refund or dispute. The system may withhold amounts that are pending
• refund,
• chargeback or fraud investigation,
• or dispute, until the matter is resolved.

• Calculate Distribution Partner compensation. The system calculates the compensation due to eligible recipients, such as Affiliates,
• Travel Agents,
• OTAs,
• Resellers,
• Corporate Partners,
• or other Distribution Partners as designated by the organizer. Compensation is calculated at the rate agreed in the system or in the relevant commercial agreement.

Transfer the net amount to the organizer (Organizer Settlement). After all deductions have been made, the system transfers the net amount to the organizer according to the specified settlement cycle.

ECN-X operates on the principle of "One Payment, Multiple Settlements": funds are received once, and the system automatically allocates them among all parties, so that organizers do not need to calculate or transfer funds to each distributor individually.

• The settlement cycle is determined by the Organizer Agreement or the Commercial Schedule of each event, for example: weekly;
• monthly;
• after the event ends;
• in instalments; or
• based on milestones. ECN-X will transfer funds within the agreed timeframe after verifying sales figures and completing all relevant deductions.

• The Reserve Fund is a reserve amount that may be withheld to cover risks such as refunds,
• chargebacks,
• fraud,
• commercial disputes,
• or consumer claims. The amount and duration of the reserve will be specified in the Organizer Agreement. Once the reserve period has ended and there are no outstanding obligations, ECN-X will release the reserve fund to the organizer.

In the event of a refund or chargeback, ECN-X has the right to deduct the amount from funds not yet transferred, deduct it from the Reserve Fund, or claim it from the organizer if the remaining balance is insufficient. The organizer agrees to cooperate in providing the documents and information necessary for the review of the dispute.

• ECN-X will prepare a summary report for the organizer, which may include:
• total sales;
• number of tickets sold;
• payment gateway fees;
• ECN-X service fees;
• reserve fund;
• refunds;
• chargebacks;
• Affiliate compensation; OTA compensation;
• Partner compensation; and
• the net amount transferred.

• ECN-X may temporarily suspend fund transfers if reasonable grounds arise, such as fraud,
• breach of contract,
• an order from a court or government authority,
• a dispute that may affect payment, or
• legal or financial risk. ECN-X will notify the organizer of the reasons and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law.

ECN-X may update this Policy from time to time and will notify organizers in advance via the website or other appropriate channels. Continued use of the service after the updated Policy takes effect constitutes acceptance of the changes by the organizer.

ECN-X maintains a policy of selecting quality events with accurate information that create a positive experience for participants. ECN-X reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or remove any event from the platform if it considers that the event does not comply with this Policy.

• The organizer must be an individual or legal entity with the legal capacity to enter into contracts;
• have the right to hold the event or be authorized by the event owner; and
• complete identity verification (KYC) as required by ECN-X, and provide accurate and verifiable contact information.

• The organizer must provide accurate and complete information, such as the event name;
• event details;
• date and time;
• venue, map, or location coordinates;
• event category;
• ticket price;
• number of tickets;
• benefits of each ticket type;
• participation conditions; refund policy (if any); and the organizer's contact information. The organizer must warrant that all information is true and up to date.

• The organizer warrants that it has the right to use:
• logos;
• images;
• videos;
• trademarks;
• music;
• text;
• and design works
• uploaded to the system. The organizer must not use media that infringes copyright or the rights of any other person. ECN-X may reject or remove media if a rights infringement is found.

• ECN-X will not publish events related to:
• illegal gambling or the solicitation of illegal gambling;
• the sale of illegal goods or services;
• weapons, explosives, or dangerous materials;
• narcotics or illegal substances;
• money laundering or evasion of the law;
• fraud or pyramid schemes;
• infringement of intellectual property rights;
• activities that promote or incite violence, hatred, or discrimination;
• obscene content or content contrary to public morals; or
• activities that violate Thai law or other applicable law. ECN-X may also reject other types of events that it considers may pose a risk to users, the platform's reputation, or legal compliance.

• ECN-X has the right to review information and documents relating to an event, before or after publication. The organizer may be requested to submit additional documents, such as a company registration certificate;
• relevant licenses or permits;
• a power of attorney;
• a venue usage agreement;
• documents evidencing intellectual property rights; or
• insurance (if required).

The organizer may edit event information before tickets go on sale, or afterward, to the extent permitted by the system. If a change affects buyers, such as the date, time, venue, or other material details, the organizer must notify ECN-X immediately and is responsible, together with ECN-X, for communicating with buyers as appropriate.

• ECN-X may suspend or remove an event from the platform if it finds that the information is inaccurate or misleading;
• the organizer has violated ECN-X's terms;
• the event is unlawful;
• there is an order from a government authority;
• there is a risk to participant safety, or the event may cause harm to consumers or damage ECN-X's reputation.
• Such suspension or removal does not limit ECN-X's right to pursue any other legal or contractual remedies available to it.

• The organizer is solely responsible for:
• the accuracy of event information;
• obtaining permits and licenses;
• organizing the event and ensuring safety at the venue;
• providing services to participants;
• complying with the law; and
• handling complaints related to the event.

• ECN-X has the right to:
• review event information;
• request additional documents;
• adjust the display format to suit the platform, without altering the material substance of the information; and
• reject, suspend, or cancel the publication of an event that does not comply with this Policy, and notify the organizer to correct the information before publication.

ECN-X may update this Policy from time to time and will notify organizers via the website or other appropriate channels. Continued use of the service after the amended Policy takes effect constitutes the organizer's acceptance of the new Policy.

Organizers may edit event information before publication or afterward as permitted by the system. Changes to key information, such as date, time, venue, or ticket entitlements, may require review by ECN-X before publication, and the organizer may be required to notify affected buyers.

ECN-X Event Connect Network is operated by Develture Co., Ltd.

The Affiliate Program is intended to provide individuals or organizations with the opportunity to promote events and sell tickets through the ECN-X system, in exchange for compensation in accordance with the terms specified.

• Applicants must be at least 20 years of age or otherwise have legal capacity
• Provide accurate and genuine information
• Complete identity verification (KYC) if required by ECN-X
• Have a bank account for receiving compensation
• Comply with applicable laws; ECN-X may reject an application without being required to provide a reason

• Affiliates are responsible for promoting events
• Referring customers
• Sharing the Affiliate Link
• Sharing the QR Code
• Using promotional materials approved by ECN-X or the organizer
• Providing accurate information to customers; the Affiliate has no authority to enter into contracts, accept payments on behalf of the organizer, or make representations on behalf of ECN-X, unless expressly authorized in writing

• Sales will be counted based solely on ECN-X's tracking system; calculations may be based on the Affiliate Link

Affiliates may use the logos, images, and promotional materials of ECN-X or the organizer only as authorized. They must not alter such materials or use them in a manner that creates a misleading impression that they own the event or are the official representative of ECN-X, unless authorized to do so.

ECN-X may suspend or terminate an Affiliate account if it is found to have violated these terms, engaged in fraud, used false information, or violated the law,

ECN-X may withhold compensation that is under review until the matter has been resolved.

Affiliates may terminate their participation in the program at any time by notifying ECN-X through the channels it designates. Termination of participation does not affect rights and obligations that arose before the date of termination.

Affiliates are independent operators (Independent Partners) and are not employees, legal agents, or representatives of ECN-X. Affiliates have no authority to bind ECN-X or the organizer to any third party, unless expressly authorized in writing.

Affiliates must use customer information solely for authorized purposes and must not collect, use, or disclose personal data in violation of applicable law or ECN-X's requirements.

ECN-X may amend these terms from time to time and will notify Affiliates via the website or other appropriate channels. Continued use of the service after the amended terms take effect shall constitute the Affiliate's acceptance of such changes.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first attempt to negotiate a resolution. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts, unless otherwise provided by applicable law.

This policy is established to set out the criteria for calculating commissions, promote transparency in the payment of compensation, prevent fraud, and support the expansion of ECN-X's Affiliate and Partner network.

• Affiliates are entitled to compensation when a customer purchases a ticket through the Affiliate Link
• QR Code
• Referral Code, or another tracking channel designated by ECN-X; the customer's payment is successfully completed; the transaction has been verified and is not under review; there is no refund, chargeback, or cancellation within the specified period. ECN-X will use data from the platform's tracking system as the reference for determining eligibility for compensation.

• Commission will be calculated according to the rate specified for each event, or in accordance with the commercial agreement between ECN-X, the organizer, and the Affiliate. The form of compensation may be
• A fixed commission amount per ticket
• A commission as a percentage of the ticket price
• A sales-based bonus
• Tiered compensation
• Other forms as announced by ECN-X; details for each event will be shown in the Affiliate Dashboard system or in the Commercial Terms document

• ECN-X has the right to review transactions before approving the payment of compensation, in order to confirm that
• The payment transaction is complete
• There is no fraud and no cancellation of the order
• There is no refund
• There is no chargeback
• The transaction complies with the terms of the program

• ECN-X will pay compensation according to the specified cycle, which may vary depending on the event or commercial agreement. Examples of payment cycles include
• After the event has ended
• Weekly
• Monthly
• According to the organizer's settlement cycle; payment of compensation will be made after the transaction review period has passed and any related deductions have been made

• Before paying compensation, ECN-X may deduct the following items: cancelled transactions
• Refunded transactions
• Chargebacks
• Fraud, taxes required by law, and transactions that do not comply with the terms of the Affiliate Program. The remaining balance after such deductions shall be the net amount paid to the Affiliate

• If, after commission has been paid, it is found that a transaction has been refunded
• A chargeback has occurred
• Fraud has been detected
• The transaction does not comply with the terms, ECN-X has the right to
• Deduct the amount from the next compensation cycle
• Reclaim compensation already paid
• Withhold payment of compensation until the matter is resolved

• ECN-X may suspend the payment of compensation if it finds that there is suspicion of fraud
• There is a dispute regarding the transaction
• The Affiliate has violated these terms
• There is an order from a government authority
• Information or documents are under review; once the review is complete, ECN-X will proceed in accordance with the outcome

Affiliates are responsible for taxes related to their own income. ECN-X will withhold tax at source or issue tax documents as required by law.

Affiliates must provide accurate bank account information, which must be an account held in their own name or in the name of an approved legal entity. ECN-X shall not be liable for any delay or damage arising from inaccurate account information.

ECN-X or the organizer may adjust the commission rate for new events or campaigns, and will notify Affiliates in advance through the system or other appropriate channels. Such changes will not have retroactive effect on transactions that have already been confirmed, unless the parties agree otherwise.

• ECN-X shall not be liable for damages arising from inaccurate bank account information
• Delays caused by financial institutions, or force majeure events
• Errors caused by the Affiliate
• Unless such damage results from the willful misconduct or gross negligence of ECN-X

ECN-X may amend this policy from time to time and will notify Affiliates via the website or the Affiliate Dashboard system. Continued use of the service after the amended policy takes effect shall constitute the Affiliate's acceptance of such changes.

The Affiliate Marketing Guidelines are established to maintain the image of ECN-X and organizers, establish communication standards, prevent information that may mislead consumers, and promote fair and transparent marketing.

• Promotional text provided by ECN-X or the organizer. Such content must not be altered in a manner that changes material information or creates a misleading impression, unless written permission has been obtained

• Affiliates may use the ECN-X logo to promote ticket sales through the platform, subject to the following criteria: use only the logo files provided by ECN-X
• Do not change the color, proportions, or elements of the logo; do not add text or symbols to the logo
• Do not use the logo in a manner that creates a misleading impression among the general public that the Affiliate owns ECN-X or is the organizer, unless written permission has been obtained

Affiliates must use event names as specified by the organizer or ECN-X. It is prohibited to change the event name, add misleading text, use clickbait wording, or use language that guarantees results or benefits that do not actually exist.

• Affiliates must use only the prices announced on ECN-X. It is prohibited to

• Charge additional fees
• Charge additional service fees without authorization
• Advertise discounts that do not actually exist; any sales promotion must be a promotion approved by ECN-X or the organizer

• Affiliates must use accurate messaging that does not mislead consumers. Appropriate examples include
• "Buy tickets through ECN-X"
• "Book tickets online through ECN-X"
• "Authorized ticket reseller through the ECN-X system"

• "The cheapest price in the country" (if unsubstantiated)
• "Last seats remaining" (if untrue)
• "Guaranteed entry" (if there is no actual guarantee)
• "Special promotion just for you" (if no such promotion exists)

• Affiliates may engage in paid advertising, provided that they do not infringe trademarks
• Do not use misleading domain names
• Do not impersonate the official ECN-X website
• Do not use language or formats that may mislead consumers; ECN-X may set additional criteria for advertising purchases on certain channels

• Affiliates must not exaggerate advertising
• Make false advertising claims
• Send spam messages or emails
• Purchase advertising using the ECN-X brand name to impersonate the official website
• Use fake websites
• Use fake social media accounts
• Provide information that contradicts announcements made by the organizer or ECN-X
• Cause damage to the reputation of the organizer or ECN-X

ECN-X has the right to review Affiliate promotions at any time. Affiliates must cooperate by providing information or amending materials if ECN-X deems it necessary.

• If an Affiliate violates these guidelines, ECN-X may take one or more of the following actions: issue a notice requiring correction
• Suspend the Affiliate link
• Suspend compensation related to the violation
• Temporarily suspend the account
• Terminate the Affiliate status
• Pursue legal action if damage occurs. Such action will be taken as appropriate to the severity of the conduct

ECN-X may amend these guidelines from time to time and will notify Affiliates via the website or the Affiliate Dashboard. Continued use of the service after such amendment takes effect shall constitute the Affiliate's acceptance of the new guidelines.

• Tamper with the QR Code
• Attempt to circumvent the commission calculation system

• If a violation is found, ECN-X may take one or more of the following actions: issue a written warning, suspend the Affiliate Link
• Suspend commission payments
• Cancel the related transactions
• Temporarily suspend the account
• Terminate the Affiliate status and reclaim compensation wrongly paid
• Claim damages
• Pursue legal action. Such action will be taken according to the severity of the conduct and applicable law

Affiliates and users may report conduct that may violate these terms through the channels designated by ECN-X. ECN-X will conduct a review of the information in good faith and may request additional information or evidence from relevant parties.

• This policy is intended to:
• Prevent the use of the platform for money laundering
• Prevent fraud and corruption, and reduce the platform's financial and reputational risks
• Support compliance with applicable laws and payment service provider requirements

• This policy applies to all parties using ECN-X services, including Users (Customers)
• Organizers
• Affiliates
• Business Partners (Partner)
• OTA
• Travel Agents
• Related service providers

• ECN-X may verify and confirm the identity of users or business partners based on the risk level of their usage, such as identity verification of organizers
• Identity verification of Affiliates
• Verification of corporate/legal entity information
• Verification of bank account information
• Requesting additional documents when necessary. Users agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

ECN-X may use systems and processes to monitor transactions that may appear unusual, such as transactions with abnormally high value, a large number of transactions within a short period, purchasing patterns that appear irregular, improper use of multiple accounts, or attempts to circumvent the platform's monitoring systems.

• ECN-X employs various measures to prevent fraud, such as reviewing transactions prior to fund transfers
• Detecting risky behavior
• Reviewing abnormal orders
• Suspending transactions that are under review
• Reviewing user information when there is reasonable suspicion

• The ECN-X platform must not be used for money laundering
• Fraud
• Unauthorized use of payment information
• Creating fake transactions
• Illegal trading of tickets
• Supporting illegal activities
• Evading the system's monitoring
• Using false information or forged documents, or engaging in acts that may cause harm to users or the platform

If ECN-X discovers or has reasonable grounds to suspect an act that may relate to fraud, money laundering, or a violation of law, the Company may take one or more of the following actions: suspend the user's account; suspend ticket sales; suspend payment of compensation; suspend fund transfers; suspend related transactions; request additional documents or information; terminate the user's account; or report to the competent government authorities where required by duty or reasonable grounds. Such actions will be carried out in accordance with applicable law and the requirements of payment service providers.

ECN-X may cooperate with payment service providers, banks, or relevant authorities in reviewing high-risk transactions, and may disclose information as necessary under applicable law or contractual requirements.

ECN-X may retain data relating to transactions, identity verification, and monitoring for the period required by law or as necessary for fraud prevention and detection.

Users or the general public may report information or concerns regarding fraud, money laundering, or misuse of the platform through the channels designated by ECN-X. ECN-X will consider such information in good faith and take appropriate action.

ECN-X will periodically review and update this policy to ensure compliance with applicable laws, industry standards, and changes in risk patterns.

• This policy is established to set out the approach for handling chargebacks
• Reduce the financial risk to all parties
• Support compliance with the requirements of payment gateways and card networks
• Establish standards for dispute management

• A chargeback is a process whereby a cardholder requests the issuing bank to reclaim funds from a transaction already paid. This may arise for reasons such as goods or services not received
• Unauthorized transactions
• Improper use of the card
• Dissatisfaction with the service, or other reasons under the rules of the card network

• ECN-X acts as a payment and ticketing platform. When a chargeback occurs, the Company will:
• Receive dispute notifications from the payment service provider
• Coordinate with the organizer
• Gather evidence
• Submit information to dispute the chargeback (Representment), where warranted
• Act in accordance with the rules of the payment service provider and card network

• The organizer agrees to cooperate with ECN-X by submitting evidence within the specified time
• Confirming attendance information and providing a list of attendees
• Providing check-in data
• Providing evidence of service delivery
• Providing other relevant documents or information. If the organizer fails to provide information within the deadline, ECN-X may be unable to dispute the chargeback.

• Proof of payment

• Records of communication with the customer
• Photographs or reports of the event, and other related evidence

• When a chargeback occurs, ECN-X may suspend the relevant fund transfer, or deduct the amount from the next settlement cycle
• Deduct from the Reserve Fund
• Request repayment from the organizer if the amount held is insufficient
• Such actions will be carried out in accordance with the Organizer Agreement and the Settlement Policy

• If an order associated with an Affiliate is charged back
• ECN-X may cancel the commission for that order
• Deduct the commission from the next payment cycle
• Reclaim commissions already paid, in accordance with the terms of the Affiliate Commission Policy

• ECN-X may review high-risk transactions prior to fund transfer, such as abnormal purchase value
• A large volume of purchases within a short period, or abnormal payment information
• Behavior that may indicate fraud. ECN-X may request additional information or documents before proceeding further.

• ECN-X encourages organizers and Affiliates to take the following actions: provide accurate event information; clearly state refund terms; use the E-Ticket and QR check-in systems
• Keep records of service delivery
• Respond promptly to customer complaints; notify buyers of any changes to the event as soon as possible

• If a chargeback results from false information provided by the organizer
• Breach of contract
• Fraudulent conduct
• Non-compliance with ECN-X's requirements, ECN-X has the right to recover damages, fees, and related costs from the organizer in accordance with applicable law and binding agreements.

ECN-X will dispute chargebacks based on the information and evidence received from the organizer and data available in the system. However, ECN-X cannot guarantee the outcome of the review conducted by the issuing bank, payment service provider, or card network.

ECN-X may amend or update this policy to remain consistent with applicable laws, payment service provider requirements, and card network standards. Relevant parties will be notified via the website or other appropriate channels.

• Reduce legal and security risks
• Maintain the credibility of ECN-X

Users may use ECN-X's services for lawful purposes, such as searching for and purchasing event tickets, publishing and selling events, promoting events through the Affiliate system, and using services made available by ECN-X in accordance with the platform's terms.

• Users must not use the platform to engage in unlawful acts
• Commit fraud or deception
• Launder money
• Support terrorism, or infringe the rights of others
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Submit false information
• Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code, or gain unauthorized access to the system
• Disrupt the operation of the system
• Use the system to send spam or unwanted messages
• Collect user data without authorization
• Use the service in a manner that causes damage to ECN-X or third parties

• ECN-X does not permit the platform to be used to publish or sell events related to:
• Illegal gambling, or illegal drugs or narcotics
• Weapons or hazardous items prohibited by law
• Illegal goods or services, scams, or pyramid schemes
• Copyright or trademark infringement
• Obscene content
• Content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination; or activities that violate Thai law or other applicable laws. ECN-X may refuse or suspend any event that poses a risk to users, the platform's reputation, or legal compliance, even if that event is not listed above.

• Users must keep their username and password confidential
• Not disclose login information to any other person
• Promptly notify ECN-X if they suspect unauthorized access to their account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under their account

• The following are prohibited:
• Bots
• Scripts
• Automated programs
• Web scraping
• Data mining
• Tools that interfere with or place an undue burden on the system, unless authorized in writing by ECN-X or used through an API officially provided by ECN-X

• Users must not:
• Copy ECN-X's website or database
• Modify or distribute the platform's content without authorization
• Use ECN-X's logo, trade name, or trademark in a manner likely to cause confusion
• Infringe the copyright or intellectual property rights of others

Users must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements, including those relating to personal data protection, intellectual property, consumer protection, and other applicable laws.

• If ECN-X discovers or has reasonable grounds to suspect that a user has violated this policy, the Company may take one or more of the following actions: warn the user
• Request that the violation be corrected or discontinued
• Remove or suspend inappropriate content
• Suspend use of the service, in whole or in part
• Suspend related payments or fund transfers
• Suspend or terminate the user's account
• Report to the competent authorities where necessary
• Take legal action to claim damages or protect the Company's rights. Such actions will be determined based on the severity of the conduct, the available evidence, and applicable law.

ECN-X may amend or update this policy from time to time and will notify users via the website or other appropriate channels. Continued use of the service after any amendment takes effect constitutes the user's acceptance of the amended policy.

ECN-X will process personal data in accordance with the following principles:

• Membership registration
• Ticket purchases
• Registration as an organizer
• Registration as an Affiliate
• Contact with customer service
• Use of the website or application
• Connections through authorized partner services

ECN-X will collect personal data from lawful sources, such as:

• Providing platform services
• Identity verification
• Managing orders and payments
• Issuing electronic tickets
• Providing after-sales service
• Fraud prevention
• Analyzing and improving services
• Compliance with the law

ECN-X will use personal data for necessary purposes, such as:

• Organizers
• Payment service providers
• Technology infrastructure service providers

ECN-X will disclose personal data only when necessary. Disclosure of data will be limited to what is necessary for operations or legal compliance.

Where personal data is transferred abroad, ECN-X will ensure appropriate data protection measures are in place, in accordance with applicable law.

ECN-X may restrict or suspend service where support channels are used inappropriately, without prejudice to the user's rights under applicable law.
