4. All purchased tickets are non-cancellable and non-refundable under all circumstances.
5. Transportation will pick up participants from their accommodation according to the scheduled time slot. Please be ready and punctual at the designated pick-up time. The vehicle cannot wait for late participants. If a participant misses the pick-up due to late arrival, this will be considered the participant's responsibility, and no refund will be provided.
